    Hanmi Bank is seeking a Network Administrator II our corporate headquarters located in Los Angeles, CA.


    The Network Administrator II is responsible for administering the Company’s local, wide, wireless, Internet, and Intranet networks, telephone and/or Voice Over IP (VoIP) systems, and all related software programs. Responsible for user administration, support and training. Maintains system specifications; ensures the Company's technology resource systems are operating in a secure and stable manner. Deploys information technology architecture strategies to accommodate current and future organizational needs.





    • Oversees and coordinates the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of the Company’s local, wide, wireless, Internet and Intranet networks and telephone and Voice Over IP (VoIP) systems); maintains file servers, routers, firewalls, laptops, network or stand-alone computers, or any other hardware components; ensures the highest levels of security and stability are maintained to protect customer deposits, Company assets and staff.
    • Troubleshoots user issues or inquiries, such as password resets, hardware problems or software support questions; administers the Company’s information technology case logging system to ensure technical issues are properly reported and resolved within established quality service level guidelines; responds to inquiries and refers issues to the appropriate department or person, and exhibits the necessary follow through with customers and/or staff involved.
    • Performs routine system or user administrative tasks, such as system specification changes or the addition, change, or deletion of employees on the Company’s various systems and networks; ensures necessary documentation is attained and properly authorized for such requests; originates and maintains system and user files.
    • Performs access control monitoring.
    • Monitor and report on the core vendor’s compliance with contract SLA’s.
    • Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements.
    • Assist in developing department goals, policies and procedures.
    • Create and review project plans.
    • Serve on the IT Steering Committee, Product Committee and any other committee as deemed necessary.



    • Industry certification preferred.
    • Advanced experience, knowledge and training in progressively responsible information technology department operations and supervisory activities.
    • Advanced skills in information technology operations, voice and data communications, troubleshooting techniques, user and software support; including but not limited to, desktop applications and network administrative programs and resources.
    • Intermediate math skills; ability to calculate interest and balance accounts; add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals; locate routine mathematical errors; compute rate, ratio and percent, including the drafting and interpretation of bar graphs.

    • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions and instruct others, train personnel, read, analyze and interpret documents and professional journals, understand procedures, write reports, correspondence and procedures, speak clearly to customers and employees. 

    • Demonstrate strong analytical and project management skills for a variety of tasks or projects.

    • Ability to deal with difficult technical problems involving multiple facets, variables and situations where only limited standardization exists. 

    • Ability to work with minimal or no supervision while performing duties.

    • Current driver’s license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage if required to drive in the course of performing assigned duties and responsibilities.
